Tesa 51910 and Tesa 51780 are multifunctional flying splice tape which has been widely applied on paper printing industry. After years of research, GBS has successfully developed the Tesa Analogue Flying Splice tape, which can replace several Tesa’s splicing tape like Tesa51910, Tesa51780, Tesa 61170, etc,.

Our flying splice tape is a combined paper splicing tape, which is composed of a single side and partial double sides adhesive. We use heat resistant flat paper as carrier and coated with high temperature adhesive, which can pass through 200 ℃ oven smoothly. It has very high tack adhesion to any paper or film and no need to reduce the speed when changing rolls. The joint thickness is very thin and there is no bounce through each pressure zone, so it does not need to be opened to pass smoothly. The back is designed with a positioning strip, which is convenient for positioning and can be quickly separated when splicing paper and the positioning and layering force is stable which is not easy to fall off during pre-acceleration process.

Among the Flying splice family, repulpable double-sided splicing tape is one of the most common and wide application splice tape. They have great adhesion values on coated and uncoated papers, and also excellent shear strength and good epulpability over full pH-range (pH3–pH9).
