  • Ceramic Silicone Rubber Tape for Cable Flame Retardant and Insulation

    Short Description:

    GBS Ceramic Silicone Rubber Tape is a new type of composite material that can undergo ceramicization at a high temperature. When the tape is subjected to high-temperature ablation at 500–1000°C, this fire-resistant silicone rubber forms a hard, ceramic-like protective layer that maintains structural integrity for a certain period (0.5–2 hours), providing fire protection and preventing electrical short circuits and open circuits. It ensures that wires and cables remain intact during a fire, offering robust protection for the continuity of power and telecommunication.

    The Ceramic Silicone Rubber Tape can replace mica tape as the fire-resistant layer in fire-resistant cables. In particular, for medium and low-voltage fire-resistant wires and cables, it can serve not only as a fire-resistant layer but also an insulating layer.

    Color, width, thickness can be customization, and the regular length is 25m or 50m.
