Mica Tape is also called fire resistance mica tape, and it’s a kind of high temperature resistant insulation material. It uses mica paper as base material and then single side or double side laminated with glass fiber or PE film and reinforced by organic silicone resin adhesive. Mica Tape has excellent properties of fire resistance, acid, alkali, corona resistance and radiation resistances. It’s complete incombustibility and has extremely high heat resistance. Mica tape can be used in electrical cable or wire structure to prevent the generation and dispersion of the toxic smoke and gas during the burning of the cable. Mica tape is also used in some locations where need fire control safety and security, such as high-rise buildings, subways, underground streets, large power stations and mining enterprises.
Our Polypropylene PP Sheet Material is a type of halogen free flame retardant electrical insulation material, with its thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 3mm for choice. Polypropylene material is good at performance of anti acid, flame resistance and also has excellent shock strength, durability and dielectric breakdown voltage. PP is similar to Polyethylene, (PE), but PP is a harder compound. Since it is a harder compound, PP can be used on thin wall applications. It is widely used as insulation sheet of electronic equipment such as the insulation pad of lithium battery, mechanical panel, insulating sheet for automobile and heating division pad for air condition, etc,. We can provide materials in rolls or sheets, and also able to die cut as different shapes for easy application.
Formex GL series is the newest formulation of flame retardant polypropylene electrical insulation material from ITW Formex family. It includes GL-10 and GL-17 with thickness of 0.017 inch and 0.010 inch for chosen. Formex GL series shares the same exceptional reliability and durability as its GK series while offering more enhanced temperature resistance. Formex GL series provides a viable alternative solution to GK when the application require a thinner gauge material that offers superior temperature tolerance. ITW Formex GK 17 is a type of Polypropylene insulation paper with thickness of 0.017in(0.43mm), and roll size with 610mm x 305meter. It belongs to the Formex GK series family, which is flame retardant with UL 94-V0 certificated. GK-17 provides superior electric surge shielding in industrial and consumer electronic equipment. Formex GK series insulation paper also features excellent chemical resistance, low water absorption and high dielectric breakdown voltage, which can replace a variety of electrical papers, thermoplastic materials, and injected molded parts. Dupont Nomex 410 is a unique aramid enhanced cellulose material, composed of high quality electrical grade cellulose pulp. Among the Dupont Nomex family, Nomex 410 is a type of high-density product as well as high inherent dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilience. It has various ranges of thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm (2 mil) to 0.76 mm (30 mil), with specific gravities ranging from 0.7 to 1.2. Featuring high temperature resistance and excellent dielectrical strength, Nomex 410 can be applied to most of electrical industry insulation, like transformer insulation, large power, medium voltage and high voltage industry insulation, motors insulation, battery insulation, power switch insulation, etc,.
Our Battery pack tape uses special Polypropylene film as carrier then coated with low adhesion acrylic adhesive for lithium battery protection. It features with high temperature resistance to 130℃, and it can be peeled off without residue and pollution to the battery surface. It’s not only used to pack the power battery to provide protection during transportation but also provide protection during the bar code printing on the battery cell.

Thermal expansion Lithium Battery Tape uses special resin film as carrier and coated with very low adhesion acrylic adhesive. The tape is very thin and flexible, it’s usually used to fix between the lithium battery cell and shell to provide shock absorption protection for power battery. The tape thickness and volume would be increased after immersed by electrolyte bath, meanwhile, the battery’s volume and internal resistance keep no change. It’s widely used on the process of cylindrical lithium battery to protect and fix the battery core and shell during liquid injection.
Polyimide aerogel film uses polyimide as carrier and specially treated nano aerogel on the polyimide film. Compared with polyester aerogel film, our polyimide aerogel film features higher temperature resistance and electrical insulation, and it can resist to higher temperature around 260℃-300℃, which provides excellent heat insulation function during the processing of manufacturing electronic components.
Our polyimide aerogel film has very low thermal conductivity and heat insulation features, which can solve the problem of heat equalization of consumer products in a small space, and provide heat insulation protection for the weak heat-resistant components. Besides, it can also control and change the direction of heat conduction to improve performance and shelf life of the products.
Our E lectric Vehicle(EV) Battery Tape is a type of double layers polyester film tape, which uses two layers of special polyester films as carrier and coated with strong adhesion acrylic adhesive. It features with friction resistance, high insulation and voltage resistance properties, and also very easy to peel off without residue and pollution to battery surface.
