Short Description:

Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) film is a microporous high-performance material produced by stretching PTFE, featuring high strength, breathability, waterproofing, chemical inertness and light weight. It is ultra-thin, typically 0.01–0.2mm, with high porosity. It can be laminated with PET non-woven fabric, polyester fabric, nylon, PP mesh and other materials for varied thickness. Coated with 3M 300LSE and 9495LSE adhesive, it becomes easy-to-install and offers waterproof, oleophobic, dust-proof, temperature-resistant (-200℃ to 260℃) and corrosion-resistant performance. It is widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical precision filtration, oil-water separation, breathable medical dressings, artificial pouches, lithium battery ventilation components, electronic waterproof breathers, as well as outdoor fabrics like jackets, footwear and tents.
