    After a reaction of chemical solution, the aerogel will formed as collosol first, then re-gelatinization to form as aerogel. After remove most of the solvent in the gel, it would obtain a low density cellular material which is full-gassiness space network structure and solid-like appearance, the density is very close to air density. Compared with Aerogel Felt, Ultra-thin aerogel film is a kind of flexible film material with extremely low thermal conductivity that is made from thin aerogel treated by a special process. With excellent features of low thermal conductivity and heat insulation, the aerogel film can solve the problem of heat equalization of consumer products in a small space, and provide heat insulation protection for the weak heat-resistant components. It can also control and change the direction of heat conduction to improve performance and shelf life of the products.
