3M 8673 Polyurethane Protective Tape is a transparent, 14 mil, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer tape and it is also a premium, leading edge erosion protective tape formulated for long term resistance to ultraviolet light, scratch, tear, erosion, puncture and impact. It features a tough polyurethane backing with and an acrylic adhesive to offer a high peel strength and adhesion to a wide selection of materials. Once bonded, this adhesive will provide high, secure adhesion for extended periods. This acrylic adhesive maintains adhesion in climate and temperature change variations and resists yellowing in long term use. When necessary, this tape removes easily and can withstand a wide variety of difficult conditions and applications.
