  • 3M Scotch 13 Electrical Semi-Conducting Tape & Equivalent for repairing semi-conductive cables

    Short Description:

3M Scotch 13 is a 30 mil, highly conformable electrical semi-conducting tape designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It maintains its conductivity even when stretched and delivers excellent performance with solid dielectric cable insulations and conductors. This tape is versatile for various electrical applications, including rounding out high-voltage connectors to minimize electrical stress, continuing semi-conducting strand shielding on cables rated 5 kV and above, and providing shielding for cable joints. It also serves to replace damaged semi-conducting layers, form the conductive part of stress cones in cable terminations, and ensure a positive connection between cable jackets and plug-in units or pre-molded devices. The alternative of it is also available, which has stable quality and relatively competitive prices and can be delivered in a short time.
