3M GPH060/110/160 uses super strong acrylic adhesive coated on both sides of a conformable foam core. It is gray, 0.025 in (0.6 mm)/ 0.045 in (1.1 mm)/0.062” (1.6 mm) with die cutting service to realize various widths or different shapes like round or squares as per requests. Excellent high temperature resistant(short term 450˚F/long term 300°F) feature makes it ideal for powder coat or liquid paint processes which undergo a heat bake cycle. Besides, it can be the alternative to rivets, welds and screws or liquid adhesives, and without any residue when peeled off. It’s specifically designed for good adhesion to metals, glass and other medium to high surface energy materials, like aluminum, stainless steel, composites, plastics, acrylic, ABS, concrete, etc,. Such virtually invisible fastening keeps surfaces smooth.
