Application:
GBS Aluminum Foil Butyl Tape is widely used for reliable sealing, waterproofing, and insulation in both construction and industrial projects. Its strong butyl adhesive bonds firmly to metal, glass, concrete, plastic, and various roofing materials, making it ideal for repairing cracks, joints, and leaks. The aluminum foil surface provides excellent weather resistance and UV protection, ensuring durability in outdoor conditions. This tape is commonly applied to seal air ducts, ventilation systems, pipelines, and automotive parts, as well as to reinforce roofing and wall structures against water ingress. With its flexibility and long-lasting adhesion, it offers a quick, effective, and permanent sealing solution that reduces maintenance costs and extends the service life of surfaces and equipment.
Served Industires:
1. Construction & Roofing - sealing joints, cracks, and leaks on roofs, walls, and windows.
2. HVAC & Ventilation - air duct insulation, pipe wrapping, and joint sealing.
3. Automotive & Transportation - waterproofing and vibration damping in cars, buses, and RVs.
4. Electrical & Energy Systems - cable protection, pipeline sealing, and solar panel waterproofing.
5. Industrial Equipment - corrosion protection, waterproof sealing, and structural reinforcement.
How to use:
1. Surface Preparation – Clean and dry the application surface, removing dust, oil, or loose particles.
2. Measure & Cut – Cut the tape to the required length with scissors or a utility knife.
3. Peel Off Release Liner – Remove the protective release paper carefully.
