Short Description:

GBS authorized HENKEL Loctite 401 Instant Adhesive Glue is a one-part, universal glue for a wide range of materials where uniform stress distribution and high tensile and/or shear strength are required. When combined with primer LOCTITE® SF 770, it can even make the assembly of difficult-to-bond (PP, PE, PTFE) materials a possibility. In addition, its insensitivity makes it suited for bonding porous or absorbent materials such as wood, paper, leather or fabric.

With Gluing time from 3 – 10 seconds, HENKEL 401 is perfect for all quick repairs and all kinds of small emergency repairs. Also it can resist high and cold temperature from -40 to to 120 °C, and it shows very high strength on close-fitting parts.

This product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich systems and should not be selected as a sealant for chlorine or other strong oxidizing materials.
