      GBS’s Electrically Conductive Fabric Tape is a composite shielding material consisting of a conductive polyester fiber cloth plated with Ni&Cu substrate laminated with a pressure-sensitive conductive adhesive. It offers excellent conductivity, high shielding effectiveness, and adapts well to various substrates such as plastics, metals, rubber, and electronics. The thin, flexible fabric backing conforms easily to complex or irregular surfaces. Compared to conventional foil tapes, conductive fabric tapes offer superior flexibility, conformability, and abrasion resistance, making them suitable for complex geometries.

      GBS’s transversely Crepe Paper Tube has high absorption rate of oil and good dielectric strength which makes it extensively used especially in oil immersed transformers, instrument transformers, reactors and other parts of package insulation, especially as lead parts of the insulation package, thereby improving the electrical insulation and mechanical properties of the product structure.

      Using these insulating sleeves will provide superior insulation and heat dissipation, thereby helping to extend the lifespan of transformers.

      Our crepe paper uses different base paper and various crepes for easier assembly, meets requirements for different dimensions.

       NMN Insulation Paper is a three-ply laminated with polyester film between two layers of Nomex paper.  It is Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paper flexible composite material.

      The polyester film has excellent mechanical properties, dielectric strength, and dimensional stability. It’s laminated based on Nomex paper helps enhance the performance and reliability of rotating machines. This high-voltage insulation paper offers excellent electrical insulation properties, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of transformers and small motors.

      It has various of thicknesses ranging from 0.15 mm to 0.45 mm, and the width can be from 4mm to 914mm with breakdown voltage ranging from 7KV to more than 27KV.

      The most important applications for these laminates are slot liners, wedges and phase insulation in Class H motors and generators, as well as in large and specialty Class F motors.

      The F-class flexible laminated AMA Insulation Paper is a three-layer flexible composite material made by bonding polyester film with hot rolling Aramid paper on both sides using F-class adhesive. It features excellent electrical insulation, tear resistance, heat resistance, and moisture resistance. This material is widely used in electrical equipment and industrial applications, especially in scenarios requiring high-temperature resistance and superior electrical insulation performance. Our AMA insulation paper fully complies with the NMN standard (GB/T5591.3-2008), with performance equivalent to NMN. It is more cost-effective, making it an ideal replacement for NMN. It can also serve as a substitute for Nomex NMN and AMA series products.

      MGM insulation material consisted of three layers, F-class adhesive to adhere the two sides of glassfiber cloth with polyester film. MGM insulation laminates with excellet mechanical strength, great electrical properties and good flexibility. The polyester film provides electrical insulation and mechanical strength, then fiberglass cloth enhances the mechanical strength and heat resistance of the material. The adhesive used is insulating and fire-resistant. MGM is used for slot insulation, liner insulation, interlayerinsulation of motor, transformer or other electrical appliance. We have various thickness for customers, vary from 0.13mm to 0.25mm, and regular master roll width is 1000mm. We could also customized small size width for customers as per requests.

One interesting insulation material often used in transformer is the OIL DUCT STRIP. GBS OIL DUCT SPACER, which is made of electrical board in the shape of stripe adhered to DDP paper. The strip provides a pathway for oil to flow within the transformer, helping to cool and insulate the components.       GBS Diamond Dotted Insulation Paper is one of the insulating materials, which is made of electrical kraft paper coated on one or both sides with modified B-stage heat curable epoxy resin in diamond-shaped form and then dried. It features higher electrical strength and mechanical property. And In the process of coil drying, the agglutinating and solidifying of DDP can bond the coil into a fixed unit.

      The diamond patterns of epoxy resin are of size 9.5mm x 9.5mm with 15.9mm center spacing.

      The advantage of partially coated insulation press paper lies in the internal strengthening of the coil from adhesion to the conductor, which provides passage for quick evacuation of air and moisture during the drying process. It also minimizes the risk of partial discharge, quick impregnation, and flow of oil through the channels. The bonding strength of the epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent displacement of winding layers due to short circuit forces.
