Short Description:

3M 425 aluminum foil tape is a type of thermally conductive tape which uses dead soft aluminum foil as carrier and coated with high engineered acrylic adhesive. The soft aluminum foil conforms to cured and uneven surface, and the acrylic adhesive provides long term durability but removes cleanly after harsh masking application.

It has very excellent flame resistance (was recognized by UL746C and UL723), weather resistance, moisture and UV resistance, it also resist to chemicals to protect the surface during chemical masking operation.

3M 425 is ideally used as heat shielding, heat reflecting and chemical masking functions on various industry like Steam pipeline, Chemical pipeline, Refrigerator and freezer coil attachment, electronic EMI shielding, construction industry, Home appliance heat masking, etc,.
